Tuna Snack Spread

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (6oz) low-sodium tuna, rinsed and drained
  • 1 package (8oz) cream cheese
  • 2-3 tsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. onion powder  
  • 3-4 drops hot pepper sauce        
  • ¼ cup fresh minced parsley

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients until well mixed.  Shape into a ball; roll in parsley. Chill.   Serve with crackers.
