Tuna Snack Spread
Ingredients:
- 1 can (6oz) low-sodium tuna, rinsed and drained
- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese
- 2-3 tsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 3-4 drops hot pepper sauce
- ¼ cup fresh minced parsley
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients until well mixed. Shape into a ball; roll in parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers.
