Sugar-Free Strawberry Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup diet 7-UP
  • 1 ½ packages Equal
  • 1 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 small package sugar-free strawberry Jello
  • 1 quart strawberries sliced
  • 1 10-inch graham cracker crust

Instructions:

1.  Bring 7-UP and corn starch to a boil.  Remove from heat.  Add jello and equal.  Cool 10 minutes 2.  Pour above mixture over cut up strawberries that you have placed in crust. 3.  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set  

Yield:   8 servings.
