Macaroni Dill Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups
cooked, elbow macaroni*
- 2 Tablespoon chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped sweet red pepper
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ teaspoon white vinegar
- ½ dried dill weed
- Dash garlic powder
- Dash onion powder
Makes 6, ½
cup servings
*Low protein pasta alternative can be substituted
Instructions:
Add
vegetables to macaroni. Toss well. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients. Gently stir into macaroni mixture. Chill for at least 1 hour.
