Macaroni Dill Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked, elbow macaroni*
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped onion
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped sweet red pepper
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ dried dill weed
  • Dash garlic powder
  • Dash onion powder

Makes 6, ½ cup servings

*Low protein pasta alternative can be substituted

Instructions:

Add vegetables to macaroni. Toss well. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients. Gently stir into macaroni mixture. Chill for at least 1 hour.
