Helen's Gingered Peas & Onions
Ingredients:
- 1 can no
added salt canned peas (used 15 oz. Can)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- ½ tsp. ground ginger
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Over
medium heat, saute onions in olive oil until translucent. Add
remaining ingredients and continue cooking until heated through, about
10 minutes.
