Favorite Green Beans
Ingredients:
- 2 cans
no added salt canned whole green beans, drained
- 1 small onion, chopped
- ½ cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 ½ cups unsalted top cracker crumbs
- 4 Tbsp. Margarine (Fleishman’s white corn oil marg. Used)
- ¼ teaspoon coarse black pepper
Makes 10 servings, 1/2
cup each
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except crackers together. Top ingredients with
cracker crumbs and margarine. Bake at 30 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
