Easy Blueberry Pie
Ingredients:
- 3 pints
fresh blueberries, washed
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1-10 inch pie crust, cooked
Makes 8
servings. 1 serving = 1/8 pie
Instructions:
Mix
sugar, corn starch and 1 pint blueberries in medium saucepan. Cook
over medium heat just until mixture begins to bubble. Immediately
remove from heat. Add
remaining 2 pints blueberries. Stir just to coat all berries. Pour
into cooked pie shell. Refrigerate.
