Crab and Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 small box (8oz.) or 2 cups dry macaroni
  • 1 can crabmeat (rinsed & drained)
  • 1 teaspoon onion (diced)
  • ½ green pepper (diced)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • dash of black pepper
  • paprika

Makes 6 servings. 1 serving =2/3 cup.

Instructions:

Boil macaroni as directed on package. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour. Just before serving, sprinkle with paprika.

May substitute 1 can of tuna for crabmeat.
