Crab and Macaroni Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 small
box (8oz.) or 2 cups dry macaroni
- 1 can crabmeat (rinsed & drained)
- 1 teaspoon onion (diced)
- ½ green pepper (diced)
- ½ cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- dash of black pepper
- paprika
Makes 6
servings. 1 serving =2/3 cup.
Instructions:
Boil
macaroni as directed on package. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour. Just before
serving, sprinkle with paprika.
May substitute 1 can of tuna for crabmeat.
