Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sugar1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt          
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 ½ cups oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons "All Most Chocolate" flavoring or
    ½ cup milk chocolate flavored chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.  Cream Butter, sugar and brown sugar.  Blend flour, salt, baking soda, oatmeal and baking powder.  Add to creamed mixture and mix well.  Add flavoring; mix well.  Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake for 6 minutes.
