Chicken with Wine BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
- ½cup
dry red wine
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon instant minced onion
- ½teaspoon instant dried rosemary, crushed
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 broiler-fryer chicken cut up
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken in small container. Mix well.
Pour over chicken in glass dish. Marinate 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Grill
skin side down on rack at least 6 inches from heat over hot coals for
25 minutes. Turn, grill for 20 minutes more until fork tender. May
also be broiled instead of barbecued.
