Chicken with Wine BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

  • ½cup dry red wine
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon instant minced onion
  • ½teaspoon instant dried rosemary, crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 broiler-fryer chicken cut up

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients except chicken in small container. Mix well. Pour over chicken in glass dish. Marinate 2 to 3 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Grill skin side down on rack at least 6 inches from heat over hot coals for 25 minutes. Turn, grill for 20 minutes more until fork tender. May also be broiled instead of barbecued.
