Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz chopped, cooked chicken
  • ½ cup diced celery
  • 1 cup drained, unsweetened pineapple chunks
  • ½teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ½ cup mayonnaise Dash of hot sauce (optional)
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper Paprika

Makes 6 servings

Instructions:

Put chicken, celery and pineapple in a bowl. Combine sugar, lemon juice, mayonnaise, hot sauce and pepper together in a separate bowl. Add to chicken mixture. Toss to mix. Sprinkle with paprika.
