Chicken Tetrazzini
Ingredients:
- 8 oz chopped, cooked chicken
- ½ cup diced celery
- 1 cup drained, unsweetened pineapple chunks
- ½teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ½ cup mayonnaise Dash of hot sauce (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon pepper Paprika
Makes 6

Instructions:
Put chicken, celery and pineapple in a bowl. Combine sugar, lemon juice, mayonnaise, hot sauce and pepper together in a separate bowl. Add to chicken mixture. Toss to mix. Sprinkle with paprika.
