California Coleslaw
Ingredients:
Dressing:
½cup sour cream
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½tablespoon lemon juice
½tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dehydrated minced chives
Slaw:
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 tablespoon minced onions
¼ cup diced green pepper
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup drained mandarin oranges
½cup of dressing above
Instructions:
Mix
dressing ingredients at lest one half hour before making salad. Keep
refrigerated until ready to use. Combine the ½ cup dressing with remaining slaw ingredients.
Makes 6
servings, 1 serving = about 1/2 cup
