Cabbage Coleslaw
Ingredients:
Dressing:
½cup sour
cream
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½Tablespoon lemon juice
½Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon dehydrated minced chives.
Slaw:
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 Tablespoon minced onion
¼ cup diced green pepper
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup drained canned mandarin oranges
½cup of dressing above
*Low protein pasta alternative can be substituted
Instructions:
1. Mix
dressing ingredients at least one half hour before making salad.
2. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
3. Combine the ½cup dressing with remaining slaw ingredients.
