Baked Fish
Ingredients:
- ½ pound pan fish fillets (perch, trout or whitefish)
- 4 teaspoons Parmesan Cheese
- ½ teaspoon dill weed
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions:
Place fish in 10 inch pie plate that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dill. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
