Baked Banana
Ingredients:
- 2 medium bananas
- 2 Tablespoons lemon or lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons honey
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400°. Cut
bananas lengthwise into halves.
Place in
ungreased baking dish.
Mix lemon
juice and honey and brush over bananas.
Baked
uncovered until bananas are brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes four servings.
Optional: Add to the honey-lemon mixture vanilla, almond, orange, or rum extract to taste.
