Apple Cranberry Crumble
Ingredients:
- 6 medium
apples (cored, peeled & sliced)
- 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½tsp. cinnamon
Topping:
- ¼ cup
flour
- ¼ cup dry oatmeal
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ tsp. ginger
- ½tsp. nutmeg
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil (olive oil used, veg. Oil not in data base)
- 1 Tbsp. Honey

Instructions:
To
prepare topping, mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, ginger and
nutmeg. Add oil and honey and mix well to make coarse crumbs. In a
large bowl, combine apples, cranberries, sugar & cinnamon. Put
apple-cranberry mixture into a 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle topping
evenly over filling. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 1 hour. Serve warm.
